At Harris Tire Company, we are committed to providing high-quality new tires and clear policies regarding returns, refunds, and shipping.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

2. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Tires must be new, unused, and not mounted

Tires must be in original condition

No damage, wear, or installation marks
Non-returnable items:

Mounted or used tires

Special order or custom items
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time: 5–10 business days

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
